1. TOR: Occupational Health & Safety Provider
In line with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), 2007 and related regulations in Kenya, HEVA Fund seeks to engage a qualified Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Service Provider to support its compliance obligations and strengthen its workplace health and safety systems.
The purpose of this engagement is to ensure that HEVA Fund:
Fully complies with OSHA 2007 and all relevant subsidiary regulations.
Establishes effective internal systems for health, safety, and emergency
preparedness.
Promotes the well-being of employees through proactive occupational health
initiatives.
Minimizes workplace risks through systematic assessments, training, and
monitoring.
2. Risk & Compliance Assistant
The Risk and Compliance Assistant will support the implementation and continuous strengthening of HEVA Fund’s risk management and compliance framework. The role contributes to ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, donor obligations, and internal policies, while supporting effective risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation across the organisation and its programs.
3. Sanara Program Gender and Inclusion Audit
As the Sanara program scales up its operations, a Gender and Inclusion Audit is being commissioned to assess how gender equality, social inclusion, and young women-centricity have been integrated across the program’s design, implementation, outcomes, and organizational practices among all implementation partners.
