1. Gender, Equality, Social Inclusion & Sustainability (GESI) Officer Officer

The GESI Officer will lead the integration of Gender Equality, Social Inclusion, and Sustainability across HEVA Fund’s programmes, partnerships, and internal operations.

This role ensures that the Fund’s interventions actively promote equity, access, and representation, particularly for marginalized and underrepresented groups within the creative economy.

The officer will be instrumental in strengthening institutional capacity, frameworks, and programming to align with global standards of inclusivity, sustainability, and social impact. Key Responsibilities  1. Strategy Development and Implementation

2. IT Support Officer

We are looking for an IT Officer to help us set up, manage, and maintain technology solutions that support our growing team and operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Systems Setup & Maintenance

● Design and implement basic IT infrastructure (hardware, networks, cloud platforms)

suitable for a scaling organization.

● Set up and maintain devices: laptops, printers, network equipment, phones.

● Manage cloud services (e.g. G-Suite, Microsoft 365) and other productivity tools.

2. User Support

● Provide timely technical support to all staff (hardware, software, connectivity,

troubleshooting).

● Train staff on using digital tools and best practices for efficiency.
